Privacy Policy

Effective July 19, 2026 · Toby - Track Your Furry Friend

The whole policy in one sentence: we don't collect, store, sell, share, or even see your data — or anything about you. At all. Period.

Where your data actually lives

Everything you log — entries, categories, photos, reminders, notes — is stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync or share a pet with someone, that data is also stored in your own iCloud account and moves between devices through Apple's iCloud service. That storage belongs to you and is protected by your Apple account. We have no servers, no database, and no technical ability to access any of it.

Apple's handling of iCloud is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Voice and Apple Intelligence

When you dictate an entry, speech is transcribed on your device. When the app turns your words into structured entries, that happens with on-device Apple Intelligence, also on your device. Nothing you say or type is ever sent to us — there is nowhere to send it.

What we collect

Nothing. To spell it out:

Exports are in your hands

If you export your data (for example to CSV), the exported file goes wherever you choose to put it — the Files app, an email, a message. From that point it's under your control, like any file you create.

Deleting your data

Since we never receive your data, there's nothing for us to delete or hand over. Deleting the app removes its data from your device; iCloud data can be removed in iOS Settings under your Apple account's iCloud storage. Consider exporting a backup first — see our terms on data loss.

Children

The app collects nothing from anyone — including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Given that the app's entire design is "we never see your data," don't expect much.
